Debbie is a well-rounded and seasoned professional in the area of business management and administration. Debbie and Sam have worked side by side for over 35 years. She is licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative and is also a Licensed Insurance Agent. As one of the original founding partners of Payson Financial, Insurance and Financial Services, Debbie has spent many years managing the day to day operations, as well as designing and updating systems and procedures to ensure that Payson Financial provides a memorable client experience. In addition to managing the company’s finances and operations, Debbie also oversees the firm’s marketing and client experience events. Along with her husband and partner, Samuel F. Payne, Debbie’s goal is to “help you protect your financial future.”

Debbie was born and raised in northern British Columbia, Canada. She relocated to the States after marrying Sam, and subsequently became a naturalized citizen. Debbie and Sam have been married for over 40 years and have worked together for over 35 years. Sam and Debbie have two married children, and four grandsons. Both Sam and Debbie cherish every moment spent with their children and their families.
